The Precision Hydration Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix bag fuels your body for high intensity activities, especially when you're putting your endurance to the test over a few hours.

Each litre packs in 60g of carbohydrates and 1,000mg of sodium to supply your body with the energy and electrolytes it needs quickly and conveniently.

Each bag includes enough drink mix to mix up 7.5 litres.
