How long will it take to get my order?
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of being received from our store in Hindmarsh, South Australia. Depending on your location; express delivery will take approximately 1-3 business days, while regular delivery will take approximately 2-7 business days. International delivery times vary.
Which couriers do you use?
We currently use TGE and Australia Post for Australian deliveries and only Australia Post for overseas deliveries.
Can you deliver to PO Box's and Parcel Lockers?
Yes, the team will use Australia Post to deliver to your PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Is online tracking available for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any challenges with your tracking number, or a delivery issue - please don't hesitate to contact us or the courier company.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship product overseas, however some brands are only able to be sold in Australia. Please contact us if you have an overseas enquiry: support@rundna.com.au
